The inaugural Burlington Spring Cup Invitational was first hosted in 1988 to showcase the talents and achievements of competitive artistic gymnasts of all ages and levels. Founded on the club’s vision of ‘empowering today’s athletes – shaping tomorrow’s leaders’, Spring Cup brings together people with a shared love of the sport while fostering new and long-lasting friendships.
Over the years, the Burlington Spring Cup has grown to include two separate competitions: one for rhythmic gymnastics, and a second hosted for women’s artistic gymnastics, Ontario Developmental Program, and recreational showcase. Our Artistic weekend also features an Adaptive Gymnastics Showcase. These events combined welcome over 1600 gymnasts to our community annually.
