This structured class, led by certified coaches is designed for those who are new to gymnastics (or did gymnastics as a youngster!)  A great opportunity for a fun activity that includes fitness and learning (or relearning) fundamental gymnastics skills.

These classes will begin with a group warm up of cardio and stretching then proceed with basic skills on the floor, beam, bars and trampoline or tumble trak. Participants will be challenged on an individual basis while they work on skills and conditioning.

Classes take place Wednesdays 8:00-9:30pm.
Adult drop ins Sundays 6:00-8:00pm
