At BGC we put the FUN in fundamental movement! Little gymnasts in our Active Start program begin each class with a choreographed warm up routine led by trained coaches, then move on to gymnastics apparatuses tailor made for little hands and feet. Here they will learn progressions for fundamental skills like rolls, handstands, and swings, wrapping up with an interactive song.

Looking for a fun and interactive way to bond with your toddler? Join us in the gym for an engaging structured program where little gymnasts are introduced to basic movement patterns (jumping, swinging, balancing) through music, circuits, and activities using various adaptive apparatuses.
