It’s my party and I’ll flip if I want to! Join us at BGC for your next birthday party.
What’s included:
- Trained and fun coaches
- 1 hour of interactive gym time and games
- 30 minutes of celebration time
Gym Time:
Parties at BGC put all the FUN into celebrating birthdays! The birthday child will enjoy 1 hour of coach-led gymnastics time in the gym. Not only will the birthday child be swept away into our fun gym celebration but their friends will get to experience lots of fun games and they will get to jump, roll and swing through obstacle courses set up on all our apparatus.
Celebration Time:
We provide the facility and coaches and our birthday families provide birthday decorations and food (peanut and nut free facility). When inviting additional guests please note that the party room can accommodate a maximum of 40 people.
Costs:
- $275.00 base fee – includes facilities, coaches and 15 party friends
- $10.00 fee for additional friends (up to a maximum of 24 gym time friends)
Booking:
Booking is done online via Studio Director.
Rules and Requirements:
- All gym time participants must be a minimum of 4 years of age
- No parents are allowed on the gym floor
- Only the birthday child’s parents may take photos during the party
Gym Attire:
- Bare feet
- Long hair tied up
- No jewellery
- Tight fitting clothing (comfortable and safe to move around in)
Waiver and Sign in Sheet:
- All birthday friends must their guardians sign a Gymnastics Ontario (GO) insurance waiver
- Party guests must be signed in once they arrive at the party
