We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our recreational and competitive coaching teams. Opportunities begin at the age of 13 as a Volunteer in Training (VIT). At the age of 14, with the support and guidance of our senior coaches, you can progress to a paid Coach in Training (CIT) position. Whether you are a high school or university student looking for part-time hours or a career coach looking for a club that thrives on teamwork, and encourages and supports professional development, we want to hear from you!

BGC offers competitive wages and many on the job learning and mentorship opportunities. All BGC coaches must be minimum NCCP trained and have completed Safe Sport courses. Coaches 18 years of age or older must submit a police background check.

We are proud of our coaching staff and their success in providing quality gymnastics programming and instruction that focuses on developing the whole child, in a safe, fun, and positive environment. Come join our team!
