Our drop-in programs are perfect for those that are looking to try gymnastics without having to commit to a full session of classes. These classes are non-structured and supervised by our trained coaches, who are always available to offer assistance! Pre-registration is required for Homeschool drop ins & Workshops. Check online registration portal for schedule.

All participants must pay the annual (July – June) Gymnastics Ontario Membership and Insurance fee.

Explore all of the equipment in the gym with a coach, and learn the proper way to warm up, stretch, learn fundamental skills and challenge yourself with fitness activities.

A fun and unique workshop centered all around BARS! This workshop will focus on the basics of bars; pullovers, casts, swings and more. This will provide an opportunity to increase confidence and performance on this fun apparatus!

A proper cartwheel is essential in gymnastics and tumbling for safety and skill progression. Join our cartwheel workshop to focus on the technique and execution of a cartwheel. Participants will have multiple stations where coaches teach the proper ways of performing and perfecting a cartwheel.

This unique workshop focuses on the drills and progressions of advanced skill techniques. These skills include walkovers, tumbling, aerials, swings and more! Coaches will focus on the fine details that take a skills from good to GREAT!

These workshops are ideal for cheerleaders, dancers and gymnasts who wish to focus on building their tumbling skills using the incline mats, floor and the TumblTrak. Tumbling skills are taught using drills and progression. Strength and conditioning exercises are a part of each class.
