Because I’m Me is an annual event hosted by BGC for young women, focused on providing empowerment and mentorship. Born out of BGC’s commitment to empowering athletes and shaping leaders, we recognize the importance of providing development opportunities for young women to grow and stand in their power both in and out of the gym.

We believe that ‘if you can see it, you can be it’ and are grateful to the positive role models who encourage our athletes to follow their dreams, believe in themselves, and be proud of who they are.
Activities include guest speakers, interactive activities, discussions on health and well-being, and features mentors highlighting their journey through various professions, skills, and pathways.
