Beginner YouthGYM

Age: 6 – 8 years
Class Length: 60 mins
Class Focus: Artistic Gymnastics

This program is designed to introduce skill development, coordination, strength, conditioning, and flexibility.

 

YouthGYM

Age: 7 – 10 years
Class Length: 90 mins
Class Focus: Artistic Gymnastics

This program focuses on skill development, coordination, strength, conditioning, and flexibility.

 

YouthGYM PLUS

Age: 10 – 13 years
Class Length: 120 minutes

A program focusing on skill development, coordination, body awareness, strength, conditioning, and flexibility.

Rhythmic

Age: 6 – 12 years
Class Length: 90 mins

Recreational rhythmic gymnastics program developing stretching, ballet, dance, and the use of rhythmic apparatus – ropes, hoops, balls, ribbons, and colour scarves.

 

Tumbling

Age: 6 – 8 years
Class Length: 60 mins

This program introduces proper technique and progressions for tumbling skills. This program is also suitable for dancers and cheerleaders looking to improve their tumbling skills.

Tumbling PLUS

Age: 9 – 12 years
Class Length: 90 minutes

This program focuses on continued development in tumbling skills. This program is also suitable for dancers and cheerleaders looking to improve their tumbling skills.

 

Trampoline

Age: 6 – 8 years
Class Length: 60 minutes

This program introduces proper technique and progressions for trampoline skills.

 

Trampoline PLUS

Age: 9 – 12 years
Class Length: 90 minutes

This program focuses on continued development of trampoline skills.

 

Performance Team

Age: 7 years+
Class Length: 3 hours (1.5 hours x 2 days)
