BabyGYM

Age: 8 – 18 months
Class Length: 30 mins
Class Focus: Fine and Gross Motor Development

BabyGym is a program designed to encourage discovery, balance and coordination. The program stimulates visual and auditory development through songs and group activities. Parents or guardians participate in the class assisting with the development of the child.

BabyGym is an interactive program incorporating finger plays, songs, and gross motor development specifically designed for babies and their caregivers with special themes throughout the session.

 

Active Start

Age: 18 months to 2 years
Class Length: 60 mins
Class Focus:

A 60 minute program introducing the fundamental Movement Skills, which are critical in establishing the future foundation in sport and physical activities.

30 minutes of structured gymnastics instruction with one of our NCCP certified coaches followed by 30 minutes of non-structured Fundamental Movement exploration time.

 

Parent and Tot

Age: 18 months to 3 years
Class Length: 60 mins
Class Focus: Fine and Gross Motor Development

A 60 minute program incorporating Fundamental Movement Skills that are essential in future foundation of all sport.

The class is structured and lead by NCCP certified coaches following BGC Curriculum,

 

KinderGYM

Age: 3 – 5 years
Class Length: 60 mins
Class Focus: Gymnastics Fundamentals

The KinderGYM curriculum incorporates Fun, Fitness and Fundamentals with the focus on stationary positions, landings, rotations, swings, springs and locomotion.

 

KinderGYM Plus 

Age: 4 – 5 years
Class Length: 90 mins
Class Focus: Gymnastics Fundamentals
Requirements: Pervious KinderGYM experience

The KinderGYM PLUS program is for the boys and girls that have experienced the KinderGYM program. A longer class that allows participants to improve their gymnastics skill set.

The PreSchool Program curriculum incorporates Fun, Fitness and Fundamentals with the focus on stationary positions, landings, rotations, swings, springs and locomotion.

 

KinderGYM Rhythmic Program

Age: 3 – 5 years
Class Length: 90 mins
Class Focus: Rhythmic Gymnastics
Requirements: No rhythmic gymnastics experience required

Recreational rhythmic gymnastics incorporates stretching, ballet, dance and rhythmic gymnastics. The use of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus – ropes, hoops, balls, ribbons and colourful scarves in harmony with music are incorporated into each class.
