Financial and Program Policies

Financial Policies 
  • Payment in full is required at the time of registration.  No spaces are held without payment.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and cash payments.
  • Cheques will only be accepted up to 3 weeks prior to the start date of the session. Cheques will not be accepted for any summer, holiday, March Break or PD Day Camps..
  • 10% discount off the total fees for three siblings, each registered in the same session
  • 10% discount off the total fees, for one participant registering in multiple classes (two or more classes per week)
  • A $30.00 administration fee will be charged on all returned payments.
  • A request for refunds:
    1. Recreational Classes, may be granted up to one (1) week before the start date of the session. The refund is subject to a $30.00 administration fee.
    2. Birthday Parties.  Are provided if cancelled two (2) weeks prior to the party date and are subject to a $30.00 administration fee.
  • There are no refunds for camps (P.D. Day, March Break, Holiday or Summer Camps – credits can be given).

 

Program Policies
  • If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, a message will be placed on our website and voicemail. Regrettably, there will be no make-up classes.
  • Makeup classes are not provided.  There will be no refund for missed classes
  • The Burlington Gymnastics Club reserves the right to change, combine or cancel classes at its discretion.
  • The Burlington Gymnastics Club operates a “peanut-free environment”. Please do not bring any food products made out of, or containing peanuts to the gym.
